The Right to Information Act, 2005 promotes transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority. Citizens may seek information from ICAR-IGFRI, Jhansi under the provisions of the RTI Act.

How to File an RTI Request

1. Write a clear application specifying the information required and postal/email address for reply.
2. Pay the prescribed fee (if any) as per RTI Rules and attach proof of payment.
3. Submit the request to the concerned Sectional CPIO / Nodal Officer at IGFRI, Jhansi or send through designated email.
4. In case of dissatisfaction, file the First Appeal before the First Appellate Authority within prescribed timelines.
